We are passionate about Family History, Local History, and Genealogy Research. We are located in Upstate South Carolina: but have years of experience conducting research across the United States.
Stacie B. Newton, MLIS

Stacie has been interested in genealogy and family history since childhood. Sunday dinners at her grandparents’ house often included stories of family and local history that sparked her interest and led to her determination to find out if those stories were really true.
She decided to make genealogy and family history research her career in 2005. After more than a decade of working as a professional genealogist and genealogical librarian, she has gained extensive research experience in all regions of the United States. She has a special interest in the history and families of Upstate South Carolina where many of her ancestors have resided since the early 1800’s.
